SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of the date an order was placed. Tracking numbers are included with each order. Express shipping is not currently available.

Estimated delivery times for standard delivery, once the order has shipped:

  • Continental United States: 3 - 7 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: 5 - 14 business days

  • EU countries: 7 - 14 business days

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

  • If you wish to change an order within 12 hours after you have placed it, email me immediately at hello@kristajoyniles.com and I will do my best to assist you.

  • If the order has shipped, if cannot be changed or cancelled, and the return policy will apply.

  • If the item is out of stock, I will notify you within 24 hours on receipt of the order.

  • Worldwide delivery times vary. Once a package has been shipped, KristaJoyNiles.com is not liable for any issues caused to you by late delivery.

  • If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact me as soon as possible and I will investigate.

RETURN POLICY

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to me in a re-saleable condition within 7 working days of the delivery date for a full refund of the costs of the goods. Shipping fees are not refundable. 

  • Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Please check your package immediately and let us know of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. If not reported within 24 hours of delivery, a refund or credit will not be issued. 

  • If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package. I will work quickly to correct the issue.

  • When mailing returns or defective items, please use the "tracking" option. I cannot issue refunds or store credits for goods lost in transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Email me immediately if you receive a damaged item. I will work with you to return the damaged item and expedite a replacement. Once I receive the package with the damaged item, I will send you a replacement or issue a store credit, whichever you choose. All returns of damaged items must including a tracking number with your package. KristaJoyNiles.com is not liable for packages that get lost in transit.

All items ending in $.95 are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable. No exceptions.
